We have adapted the following guides for survivors of sexual abuse. You may wish to understand and process what has happened to you in your own way, in your own time. The following may assist you with making sense of what’s happened and provide some practical support. Everyone’s experience is different so please go at your own pace and reach out to us is you’re struggling with something.
