Self Help

We have adapted the following guides for survivors of sexual abuse. You may wish to understand and process what has happened to you in your own way, in your own time. The following may assist you with making sense of what’s happened and provide some practical support. Everyone’s experience is different so please go at your own pace and reach out to us is you’re struggling with something.

Download the guides here:

Who can I call out of hours?

We are not available 24/7 and recognise that you may struggle out of hours so have included some organisations here who may be able to help too.

The following are all available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year:

A free phone and online chat service for anyone aged 16+ in England and Wales who has been affected by rape, child sexual abuse, sexual assault, sexual harassment or any other form of sexual violence.
